More Wii-dgets

By Jon

Some people call the Wii a gimmick, perhaps it is. But what an impressive gimmick it is. To be honest I had the same impression with the DS and now I couldn’t bear to be without it.

Day after day I find new things to do with the console. Bored with the games that I had at hand at the time, I decided to browse for online content and found an awesome site dedicated to Wii games. The site in question is wiicade.com. The wii-mote pointer becomes the mouse and action is a mere click away in most games. My all time favorite of the moment is Tactical Assasin, which I will keep playing till Nintendo releases a decent shooter. Until I get my hands on Resident Evil 4 at least.

My second Wii find comes in the form of a website, dottunes.net. This site allows you to play music using iTunes on your computer through your Wii. So enough with the ackward parties where the computer is the only thing playing music, now the Wii can be of service too. See the video below for more details.
