Midnight Maddness?
Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows comes out this Saturday. I am sure most of you not living under a rock knew this. I am sure most of you also know that there will be many book shops are opening or staying open till 12:01 am to release the book. Some book shops are having kid themed parties, while others are just trying to make some green.
I spoke with a friend, who is going to attend one of these ”magical” soirees. In fact, she may be attending with Jon from the site here. I haven’t decided what I am going to do yet. Get it on Saturday, or go early on Saturday for a book release. I gotta be honest, with you geeks out there. Go early sounds ultra “geeky” to me. Of course as my friend pointed out, you avoid all spoilers. No one can accidently ruin the book for you. So my question is: How many of you readers out there are going to a store friday night, or how many people are getting later? Please dicuss.

Alright guys, I propose this: There is a Scene It trivia contest at the Pacific Place Barnes and Nobles on Friday at 8:00pm for the release of the book. For all the locals, why don’t we meet down there and form a team. Any takers?
If S is willing to still go wit me of course I am game. I’m not sure what all the excitement will be, but it is true that we will avoid a whole bunch of spoilers.
And Joe, as for the “Scene It” thing? Do you really want the combined intellect of GVL to take on a bunch of 10 year old kids? Dessa alone would make them cry.
Hey I am down if Jon and S are down fer sure. Also did you see Seattle Times has a book review out? Hey speaking of which, I think it is time for another book review. I better finish it quick, beside Potter is here.
I am so going! I’m going to try to find a lot of sugar to eat beforehand so expect me in hyper mode!
